The guys who work on site at the property were incredibly kind and helpful. The “shuttle” service to the mountain was a huge selling point so that we basically walk out the door and hit the slopes without having to drive or change boots in the parking lot or at the mountain.

Such a cosy lodge - it was just the two of us so very spacious, covered parking for our rental car. The team in the reception and cafe were SO friendly and helpful, we felt really at home and could have stayed a lot longer! We booked the hot tub which was great. Cooked a simple meal or two in the lodge and kitchen facilities were good. Absolutely loved it!
Clean room next to a restaurant, nice little shops and a ski rental. They give a discount in the ski shop (only 10 000 CLP to rent skis for a day!).
