it had everything needed :) the water in the refrigirator and sweets were a nice addon :) for us, it was really a win that the appartment had washing machine and iron, as we didn't have those during our previous stop :)) our appartment had a yard which was just amazing! it was near to Lugano lake ~15 mins walk, so everything was just nice

At first sight the building looks old. But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

The terrace is wonderful, equipped with patio table and chairs for dining, lounge area and barbq. The exterior is nicely landscaped, and on site parking.
