It is not a fully private appartement like described. It is just a private room and bathroom in a shared apartment. The description and the photos are made explicitly to make you believe it is.
I didn't take the time to read the review, my lesson.

Nicely located in the centre of Martigny, very convenient for short stay in the area. Not far from the railway station. The accommodation was moderately priced, offering good value for money.

I was looking for a budget stay in Martigny, but get more than expected. A rather spacious studio with a terasse. Well equipped, clean. Location slightly away from the centre of Martigny, but a small village type centre with several restaurants
and a local train station (direction Verbier) in proximity. The host was super responsive. I was allowed even to have a very late check-out.
This is a really well equipped apartment with French doors leading to an outdoor space.

The flat was very well located for our fair at the CERM in Martigny. The studio was comfortable, quiet, clean, well equipped and had a lovely little garden. We highly recommend this place.
Location was walking distance to the train station (15 mins) through the very walkable main street of Martigny. Good restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. In-unit laundry and kitchen appliances are new and worked well. Management staff was proactive and responsive.
We were there before 1pm, and the staff was very nice and letting us check in. Convenient parking lot at the back of building, sufficient space and facilities. The heating was very warm. There is plug adapter to European standard plug, which we had to buy one when I stayed at another hotel before this one.
