Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.

The apartment is located exactly where I wanted to be; the apartment is within walking distance of the Gerre Losone golf course. The owners were very kind and helpful. A parking place was even reserved for me.

The location was a little out of the way. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. There were plenty of food stores nearby. Also the apartment was so well equipped with everything
Everything. Very good apartment, with all comfort we needed. It has everything and the landlord is a really kind person, and willing to help with whatever needed. Great location, not to far from center, not inside the center. River is in 2 minutes distance on foot.
The location of the apartment is great since we had a dog with us and this is only 10 minutes walk away from the dog park. Locarno and Ascona are in the vicinity as well as Valle Maggia and Val Versasca.
The apartment is bright, sunny and clean with a great terrace and the hostess very welcoming. We will definitely go there again!
Staff was professional, welcoming, and lovely• the hotel was clean, and facilities really great for families, location was also perfect as we could go. With the bikes directly to ascona and locarno, in only few minutes (way being mostly flat)
We loved our stay here so much! Cosy apartment in a quiet area just outside of Ascona and Locarno. We loved being able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a lovely view.
