We get a message a few hours before we arrived. The problem was we didn't got internet in Switzerland.
So we didn't now we get a message. We pressed on a doorbell of one of the persons in the complex.
It was a very sweet Ukranian men that helped us. He gave us a wifi code and told us about the message and code to get the key.
We booked this appartement for us and our 2 baby's. It was to small for 4 people.
It looks bigger on the pictures, but its very small.

Great location. Apartment clean and well organized
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The property was very well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was very practical and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. Katrin was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. Andermatt was only 18 minutes by car, so we were able to easily get to the slopes. Parking at the apartment was plenty and free, which we appreciated!
The apartment was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough utensils/pots/plates/bowls. Beds were comfortable. Sven was excellent help with checking us in, helping with washer/dryer, getting towels for us. He was very responsive and helpful.

First of all the hosts , Katrin and Fabian, are amazing - very welcoming, friendly , always answering all the questions.
The flat they prepared is really felt like a second home - it is clean, cozy , with necessary amount of all tableware, dishes and even good quality fondue set!!!!!
The location is wonderful- if you want to get some rest from loud city life , this is a place to be.
Also there is enough parking lots.

Traditional Alpine guesthouse, unpretentious, comfortable and very welcoming. Good hearty, homemade evening meal and tasty continental style breakfast with good coffee.
Stayed in annex; bedroom basic but perfectly acceptable with very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen if self catering.
Definitely use again when travelling to/from Italy and probably extend stay to make most of area.
