This quote unquote apartment is all lies. They say it is an apartment it is really a room. The so called kitchen is a broken hot plate in a closet that was broken to begin with. The fridge was warm not even cool.
The apartment owners were very sweet. The location was excellent to whitby and other areas we wanted to visit.
The bathroom was large. Clean and no concerns.
The closet was huge.
They had a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave.
We felt safe with the lock system.
The owners assisted us with their streaming channels.
They had an iron and ironing board.
The fireplace was easy to use on cold evenings.
Entrance to accommodation was well lite.
Worst customer service, mentioned on my booking with breakfast, no breakfast at all, and also i booked in whitby as apartment, it was a basement and totally different city which had to drive over an hour for nothing and the tenant was so careless, i will file the complain at ontario customer protection at tico because this was a pure scam and top of all every day at 7 morning renovation was starting right next to our rooms and also booking customer service didn't do much
The apartment was lovely. Everything was very clean and new. The location was excellent. Close to shops and restaurants. There were security cameras outside the house. There were complimentary refreshments and snacks.
