It's very cozy and sweet, offers all you really need for a 1 bedroom rental. Modern items and upkept well with a great response rate when corresponding with the owner. Very efficient. Best of all, great value for the price.
Rooms have recently been renovated and upgraded. Much nicer than the average motel. Fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and large flat screen TV all new. New mattress and bedding very comfortable. Quite spacious with small couch.
Exceptional Breakfasts! Great variety. Room was terrific. Large sized like an apartment. Full living room and mini kitchen. Staff was friendly and informative. Took good care of the guests. Very quiet rooms. Location although not great is close to pretty much everything in the Soo. Just that it's the busiest street in the city! Yet, our stay went very well and we'd recommend staying here any time!
The renovated bathroom was excellent and, although we didn't need to use it, it was obvilous that the bathroom had been made wheelchair accessable and elderly friendly with extra handles in the shower, etc.
Really great hotel, room was really akin to an apartment. The restaurant was a 10 both for food and service. We enjoyed a relaxed meal with the best service we have had in a restaurant on our cross country trip.

It was the best hotel, I will recommend it to everyone and I will always stay there ourselves.. The rooms are big, there is a lot of space when the kids are small, there is a place where they can play, jump and run, there is a place for luggage, a small kitchen, which is very convenient. It's not a room, it's a spacious apartment...
