Excellent location. Condo is spacious and clean. Good for two couples. Close to restaurants and bars. Right at pedestrian mall. Earl is a Super Host who provided a lot of travel tips and restaurants information. Very responsive before, during and after the stay.
What a great apartment in downtown St. John's! Great location, great apartment. Loved sitting on the balcony for our morning coffee. Neighbour was so friendly and helpful too! Loved the comfy beddings, the well equipped kitchen and that fabulous host who was so easy to communicate with. Great, great location too!
Great location for restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. Loved the washer and dryer, immaculately clean interior, and very specific instructions to follow for entry, parking, and operating a/c. Very, very reasonable cost. Harbor Condos 204a is a clean, attractive, modern condo in a great location for experiencing downtown St. John’s.
The accommodation is run by the students of Memorial University in the summer. The apartment is clean and is of great value for money in that season in St John's. The breakfast is very basic, but it is OK for the price.
Large, nice, bright and clean apartment, close to everything. Earl also provided very helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining, and kept us informed throughout our stay.
This is a lovely condo - beautiful windows all around and all the amenities - particularly the cafe (Coffee Matters) right downstairs! Very convenient location to downtown too. Earl was always in touch with good suggestions too. We will definitely stay again.
We loved that our studio apartment had excellent facilities for a week's stay, including an excellently-equipped kitchen; that everything was first-class quality, that the bed was extremely comfortable, that the air conditioning worked well during a hot spell, that there was a gym available, and a landline phone in the room for free local calls (unexpectedly, we really needed that). The Suites are in a quiet location and a wonderful place to relax.
