Very clean and convenient rental property with all amenities. Spacious and in a very good neighborhood. Close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Great for walking. The owner was very nice and communicated often to ensure all was well with the property. I highly recommend the rental property. Great for family vacation.

Having a spotless and well furnished apartment with reserved parking spot, quick responses to any questions, friendly host, and it being dog friendly, made it out to become our favourite short-term rental in the area. We'll plan to return.

Great location right in the heart of the beautiful village. There is a little grocery store right beside the apartment that has fresh bread and wonderful products. The restaurant across the street has great food and amazing pumpkin spice chai latte!
A very comfortable and well equipped apartment in the heart of charming North Hatley. The historic General Store next door was well stocked with local items and we enjoyed meals on the terrace. Frederic was a great host, as was his friendly cat.
Nice clean room, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast choices (included). Pillows could use some updating as I like full puffy pillows and they were a bit too flat for me.
The host was very welcoming, offering us to use his Kayak and providing us with recommendations about what to do and where to eat, etc. The location was also very nice. The apartment was cute with very comfy bed.
Amazing location and facilities beyond just the apartment. There was a roomy balcony with plenty of seating. There was a covered outdoor lounge area which we would have used had it not been so cool outside. Very central location.
the apartment had character. very comfortable, spacious, and very clean. not modern (no dishwasher for example) but in my opinion added to its charm. excellent location in a lovely little village. we had a very memorable 4 days there.
The apartment was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, coffee with cream, and milk, it even had a washer and dryer with laundry soap. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with lots of towels.
