We were a group traveling from Calgary,AB to settle my daughter at UBC. We stayed 4 nights in the suite and have no complaints. It was such a pleasure to arrive after a very long drive to an exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed suite. The snacks left on arrival were a welcomed bonus! The owner checked in with me to make sure that we were comfortable and settled and answer any questions. Off street dedicated parking stall was extremely convenient as we weren’t looking or fighting for a parking spot after long days out. I would definitely recommend this suite and we will stay again when we are back in the area.

Breakfast was poor. Only cereal and stale looking muffins with waxed apples. Perhaps banana and the waffle maker. Also the cost of dogs is too high. It should be a flat refundable fee if the room is clean with no dog hair. We bring bedding for dogs
Apartment was new(er), roominess OK but not exceptional, security regulations made us uncomfortable, made us feel that we were being surveilled
Would not recommend this facility!! Will stick to traditional hotels that have more going for it in the future
The apartment was clean and the owners has thought about everything. There was even a step in the bathroom for the children to stand on to wash their hands. To us it felt like one of our family members prepared the place for us to be comfortable. They went above and beyond and found us a crib for our little daughter with soft padding which shows how much they care. It was a very pleasent experience for us.
