Studio #1 room was very clean, homey, colorful, warm and comfortable. Shared private patio with Studio #2 was a nice touch. Great accomodations for solo traveller and my dog! Lovely gardens everywhere and good spaces to accommodate dog needs. Fresh delicious plums and apples on trees right outside door. Cookies and beverages in common area in main building appreciated.
This was a wonderful cottage, within a small community of similar cottages that shared a lake. It was quiet and the cottage was spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We were 2 couples staying there for a family event on the island. The layout of the cottage allowed lots of privacy for each couple, with one taking the large bedroom with ensuite on 2nd floor (loft) and the other had the full walkout basement suite. An absolute fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend it.
The room was quaint and well decorated. The room and facilities were clean.
The building was centrally located with a restaurant on site and other services about it.
While the price was high compared to other accommodation that we booked on Vancouver Island, it was fairly priced compared to other accommodation on Salt Spring Island.
On another with a rental car I would do day trip to Salt Spring Island and seek accommodation on Vancouver Island.
The perfect Salt Spring accommodations for the two of us. Pretty.and comfortable apartment with a deck overlooking the host's gardens and a beautiful view of the water. Kitchen was perfect for cooking simple meals with everything we needed. There was also a very nice grill on the deck. And gorgeous sunrises every morning outside our window.
All the hosts and the Management were absolutely fantastic and we had one of the best services ever. I very much appreciated they letting us do a later check-out as our 1-yr old daughter was in the middle of a nap when regular check-out time was reached.
We stayed 2 nights in the Loft Suite and loved it! The breakfast was catered to our dietary needs and way better than we could have found at a restaurant! The suite was clean, private and cozy. We loved the outdoor area too! It's close to Gagnes and lots of other great spots in the island.
