The house was clean and comfortable. It was on the basement but not humid nor dark.

This hotel features one-bedroom suites with a full kitchen and separate living room. Douglas College is less than 5 minutes’ walk from hotel. Downtown Vancouver is less than 30 minutes’ drive away.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The king bed in the master bedroom was huge, but squeaky (and it is by construction, I doubt it is possible to do something with it). The apartment was cosy and clean. We had the towels and bedding ready and waiting for us. The living room is nice. Overall good. But there were many small details that left us not completely satisfied.
This property is a small apartment off the side of a house. The 2 bedrooms are nice and we slept well in the beds. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and flat cooktop range. The bathroom is big and includes a washer/dryer. It is located near some beautiful. wooded, walking trails. There are dishes and pots and pans to cook in. The whole place was very clean. We would stay there again if ever visiting Vancouver.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were attentive and very kind and thoughtful, just exceptional. Would be back again if in area. The neighborhood was nice. A lot of people out and about walking. Enjoyed the East Indian food a lot! Apartment had nice contemporary design. Plenty of amenities.
I liked it all - a real apartment with all needed equipment, nicely decorated. Coffee, tea, sugar were all supplied; plus a nice welcoming note from the hosts, who live upstairs.
We were 4 adults, and we did not have much time to spend in the place since we were busy during the day. I would have liked to try the board games etc.!
The apartment is in the basement, and I don't know how much light would actually come in through the windows since we only saw the place at night.
I liked nothing about place.
First of all,it is a huge scam and he is doing it all of it illegally by saying it is an apartment no it is a in house basement and he took 600 dollars from us which is under the table and I can provide you with proofs.
Second of all,he was very disrespectful came into the accommodation with knocking or giving any headsup.
Ted the owner operator is very kind and welcoming. The house has a peaceful vibe. A nice mix of long stay and short stay visitors. Has a bit of family atmosphere.
There was a well-equipped kitchen, good laundry and a large fridge. The apartment was very clean with keyless entry and good hosts who were willing to help and came right down.
It stayed nice and cool. Lots of tv/satellite channels. Spices, oils, vinegar and even a new jar of pasta sauce and pasta as well as breakfast cereal were provided. The snacks provided were great after traveling.
Beds were comfy, including the air mattress we got by booking for 5 people.
Good shower.
