Everything, the hotel, the room was spacious, very clean and warm. We were a family of 4 adults and had an arrangement for bed and breakfast, but we ate most of the dinners in the hotel as they offered a very good menu-self service. The ski lift is some 20-minute walk uphill from the hotel, which, when carrying 🎿 equipment, might be a bit challenging, but this was a good exercise after a huge breakfast.

Everything was great. Exceptional location and view. Everyday you wake up in pradise. We thank Alex for his hospitality. He was really helpful in every way. What I like about this type of hotels is that even if there are some deficiencies, the hotel does not worry about the little costs and solve the problems. They really helped us a lot in this regard. A Hidden Gem. I've got to share our amazing stay at House Proctor in Stoykite during our family ski break.
The place has really cool, homey vibe and finished and very high standard.
The apartment was super comfy, with all the essentials you may need.
But what really made my stay special was the owners. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
So, if you're looking for a chill spot to crash in Stoykite, don't hesitate and check out House Proctor.
The apartment was spacious and clean, we could see the mountains from the windows and the view was amazing! The slopes and chair lift are within a short walk through the woods which is convenient (the path can get muddy if the weather is bad/raining but it’s not too bad - you just have to wear proper shoes).
Very helpful host. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need and even more. Great collection with DVD movies and board games. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathroom, plenty of hot water. Absolutely amazing view from the windows and the balcony. The surrounding area is great and will be even better for walks in summer. We wiill definitely come again. Don't miss the restaurant Boriki in the village Stoykite!!! This is the best Bulgarian restaurant ever!
House Proctor is an exceptional place. It is in a beautiful location, with a great view over the mountain hills. The apartment we stayed in had a lot of character. All amenities are provided, you will not lack anything. The complementary fruit, wine, and snacks on arrival were a nice touch. Last but not least, Vanya is a great host - very friendly and warm, always ready to accommodate. If we go back to the Rodopi, we will definitely book their place again.
We loved our stay there. The apartment is so beautiful and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also..the view is breathtaking! The host is very helpful and made sure that we can get all informations needed according to what we need. She also left us some wine and fruits as well as vouchers for the restaurant nearby which was so great! We were with a small child so we enjoyed the beautiful backyard a lot where our child could play freely.
This is an apartment on the second floor of a three-floor house, and the owner lives on the floor above. The apartment is fully furnished with all conveniences and with a good personal style and touch. The host will communicate promptly on Viber and make sure you have a comfortable care-free stay. The view from the apartment balcony is wonderful and Pamporovo is only 5 km away.
A specious apartment with all facilities needed, including an oven and a washing machine, which was a treat! It is very nicely decorated and there is a small terrace overlooking at the village. The owners left some bottles of water and juice in the fridge.
Although we had to cut our trip short and did not ski, we enjoyed our stay at House Proctor. Our apartment was as described, clean and cosy. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We plan on visiting again - this time to ski, as we definitely prefer this property to staying in Pamporovo.
