We were particularly pleased with the kitchen facilities and overall cleanliness at Studio Anastasia. The balcony view of the Rila mountains was gorgeous, especially during sunrise and sunset, and it was fun for us city folk to hear the sound of roosters crowing in the morning. Although there was an oral language barrier in person, written communications about our booking were prompt and easy to translate. The woman who assisted us with check-in was very cheerful and friendly.

The apartment is clean, well-equipped and has a homely atmosphere. There is a TV and air conditioner in every room and in the living room. There is a trampoline in the yard and an outdoor kitchen (in addition to the private kitchen inside the apartment). The owner of the house gave us recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area and even arranged for us to book additional nights at her friend's B&B, because she no longer had a place available.
Really kind owners. They brought us breakfast every morning at no extra cost. The apartment was very cosy and clean. The description says that there are 2 bedrooms, but it's also possible to create a 3rd private bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a sliding door between the living room and kitchen, so you can close off the living room space, which is great for privacy. On the terrace, we had both a charcoal grill and an electric grill, which was great.
Natalia was very nice welcoming us to the guesthouse and showing the place.

It's a very good place for kids with some common area, close to the center and yet quiet, free parking in the street.

The apartment and its owners are great! The apartment is clean and very modern. There is a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The hosts surprised us every morning with a very delicious breakfast. This is definitely the best place I've stayed so far and the nicest owners.
