Nice and comfortable apartment with a gorgeous terrace. It's well located for an overnight stay during a longer trip. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. It was a hot day, but we found the air conditioning started automatically to provide a good temperature in the apartment.

The apartment is really comfortable and private. It have everything you need for your stay. This place In terms of amenities, it surpasses many expensive places, supposedly luxurious ones. Location is absolutely great. The host was absolutely responsive and on line all the time. They navigate us about parking variation in center of the city. We parked just front the house and pay 6lv (3euro) for all day :) The place is unpretentious, but have everything!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. Location is excellent, 5-minute walk to city center. Everything was newly renovated and very clean. There was air conditioning in both rooms and the living room. There is private parking available that we used. The entrance is somewhat narrow but it worked for our car. Free street-parking was also available.
Check-in was easy although I did not get the instructions ahead of time so had to call the host to walk me through opening the lock box.

The apartment was very clean and spacious.
- The view from the 2 balconies is superb (you can see all the city from up above while you drink your coffee).
- The apartment has air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you need for self catering.
- The apartment has two separate rooms (bedroom and living room with kitchen).
- The beds were confortable.
It is clear, new and comfortable apartment for short stay. May be longer as well but we could not experience that. They have the kitchen equipment for everything, but we could not try anything apart from the coffee machine. We have been supplied coffee enough for our two days stay which was perfect. We mostly walked to the center through the park, It is about 15-20 minutes nice walk by the river.
Very spacious, fully equiped and very modern apartment. The host is very responsive and he gave us precise instructions for self check in and self check out. Private parking is a real advantage even though the entrance is little bit difficult.
The apartment has an excellent central location in the town of Sandanski, the building is new, the apartment is cosy and you don't hear any noises from the nearby streets. I liked that there are terraces on both sides, practically the flat is all you may need for a short stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Sandanski.
well maintained and clean studio in the city centre.In case you get the apartment for staying then you might find a kettle and kitchenette but if you get the Studio there is absolute nothing.(I mean to prepare a tea or coffee in the morning).Wifi was good and the host very kind and helpful even though she could not speak English.
