The studio is very luxurious and beautiful. It has every facility you could want. The terrace is superb, very large, with a wonderful view of the lake and a table and two benches which allow you to truly enjoy the fresh air for having a drink or a meal.
The host is very nice and helpful. We were able to immediately collect the keys upon arrival and turn them in for departure.
(for those using a navigation app to get here, know that access to the building is via the main road, not the side roads that the app most likely points to)

It was only one-night stay (literally, arrived late in the evening, left early in the morning). The place is was clean enough (I don't expect anyone to start moving beds and cleaning under them). Spacious enough for our family, good bathroom size, spacious kitchen. It even had a washer and a dryer, for emergencies.

What you see is what you get, pictures are accurate. The acommodation was good, the surroundings were excelent to keep a child busy, wide open spaces, with a private car entrance and dedicated driveways ( this belongs to Hyatt Regency Hotel, which is charging you a parking fee... but you have free parking on another public driveway! )

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a king size bed and really big living room with huge sofa. There’s air conditioners but the apartment is fresh even without them because of the trees in front. It’s located in fantastic park with a lot of green grass and a lake, bowling hall and a hotel with a perfect swimming pool. There’re a lot of playgrounds for kids, chess and labyrinth.
The host support us all the time, even book a dinner for us. She had left coffee, tea and sweets for us!
It was nice and clean, the host has left a complementary basket full of sweets and drinks. the apartment is very spacious, bed is comfortable, there are two bathrooms, two terraces and a huge living room.
