Location is a bit further from oldtown (10 min on foot), calm and family friendly, just on the beach shore. Honestly, all the pictures uploaded perfectly represents everything, nothing missing in the apartment. Balcony/terrace is amazing for getting a tan, glass of Bulgarian wine or just simply perfect view. Beach is less than 1 min walk, but we chosen another one 2min from apartment, crazy to say :) Host Julian is amazing, always ready to help or answer any question. To sum up, we loved everything.

The room was excellent and economical for two nights. It was spotlessly clean with a view of the sea. It had all the comforts (kitchen, fridge, TV, washing machine, air-conditioning, communal swimming pool, secure parking for our car etc). The stay was very comfortable. The owner Mr. Yuli Mavroudis was kind and very helpful. So were his children Angelos and Dora and the room manager Mr. Semir.
It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it.

The apartment itself is gorgeous. The terrace, the view, the silence and bird songs are really relaxing. It was perfectly clean. Air-condition was a nice extra during the hot afternoons. A big bonus is also the free parking. We really liked it!

Excellent location, the beach is in front of the hotel, and the parking is just next to the hotel. The view of the apartment was amazing. Lovely staff and very clean rooms. We stayed for a longer and had to move from an apartment to a studio and both were great!

The apartment is right on the beach, but there is no sea view. It is located on the ground floor. It is a small studio (room and kitchen in one) and a bathroom. Equipped with basic necessities. Internet is good and air conditioning works. Outside you can use the garden, where there is a table, chairs and two deckchairs. The garden, however, is unfinished. I recommend the place to people who want to relax and do not have luxury requirements.
The location is good - close to many food places and not too far from the sea. The room is unusual for this price - it was not a studio, it was a proper 1 bedroom flat with spacious sitting room/kitchen.
