My wife and I recently enjoyed staying at the ELEA Apartment Mountain Lodge in Pamporovo, and we can’t stop raving about it! Even though it was out of the traditional ski season, this place is a hidden gem offering much more than a winter retreat.
The cozy and warm interior captivated us from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail in the design and decor made it incredibly difficult for us to think about leaving when our vacation ended. The apartment has high-quality equipment, including a giant TV set, blazing-fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything we needed, right down to the smallest detail. The hosts have thought of everything to ensure their guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
One of our favorite features was the terrace – it offered breathtaking views of the mountains, providing the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the serene landscape. We spent hours just unwinding on that terrace, feeling like we were a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The hosts were exceptional – friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. They provided a wealth of information on the best restaurants, sightseeing opportunities, and hidden gems to explore in the region. Thanks to their recommendations, we discovered some fantastic places we would have otherwise missed.
We truly appreciated every aspect of our stay at ELEA Apartment Mountain Lodge and cannot wait to return. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, very cosy and nicely furnished with all the needed amenities, including a washing machine, coffee machine and a big fridge. The view from the two balconies is almost 360 degrees and amazing. Also the support we got from the flat manager representatives was very helpful and much appreciated. We had a great stay and will come back again.
Value for money. You get a fully equipped kitchen with your room. It’s like a studio flat actually. There are some spa facilities you can use. Proper shower unlike everywhere else in Bulgaria. Receptionist tried to help me finding somewhere to buy food late at night.
Studio apartment (with bath - bliss after months of showers) was excellent value! Bed was so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. View of the mountains from the 6th floor!

Excellent communication with the host - clear instructions and on time communication, prompt reaction to questions and follow up. He was very helpful in solving a small domestic problem. The apartment was clean and nice, equipped with appliances and cutlery sufficient for a short stay of family with children. Good WiFi connection. The apartment is 5 steps from the slopes. We had an excellent stay in the property. The owner was very nice and helpful. He waited for us upon arrival and accommodated us. The apartment was spotless clean with everything one could need to feel at home. Garbage collection and change of bed-linen twice in 1 week. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary appliances and hollow-ware. Location is great, close to the ski-run. The ski-rental and the small shop in the building were also very convenient. A nice tavern is located 20 m away in case you don't feel like cooking.
Spacious apartment, very comfortable, excellently located near the slopes (50m to ski rental, and then 100m to the chairlift, on the ski). The chairlift goes up to the top of the mountain, from where you have access to all the slopes.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has an exit from the terrace in the Grand Monastery parking lot, where there is a non-stop market.
The hotel has a restaurant with good food and is not crowded at all.

The apartment has everything you need, oven, stove, pots, pans, utensils, so you can comfortably cook and eat at home. The location stays a bit away from the ski facilities, you definitely need a car. The host is very friendly and helpful, available for any questions 24/7. The apartment is basically a studio - one common space plus bathroom. It is perfect for couples or at most families with one child. Overall pretty good value for the money.
