Fully renovated building right in the city centre with hotel-level service. Flat decorated with taste, very modern, perfect air conditioning, very nice, flexible and helpful owner who speaks native level English. The street is pedestrian with plenty of bars and restaurants. Free parking available 2 minutes walking. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine and equipped kitchen.

There are two separate rooms in the apartment. All the equipment is new and stylish.
The apartment is modern and clean. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. We only stayed for 1 night as we were in Kustendil for a run, but we would love to come back and stay longer.

Nice location, very clean, quiet, the host was very helpful, it is a whole house with different apartments so it is nice for a group of friends. There is a shared kitchen that can be used.
The host and all the employees were wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond and made my stay very special! The apartment is beautifully done, very clean, great location, very safe. The coffee machine was a lovely surprise and there were even coffee beans in it!
The stay was very nice, close to all amenities and the town centre, the apartment was very nice and clean with good space. Finished to a high standard and very warm. The spa is very nice well worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be staying again, for sure.
The property is perfect. The apartment is new, as well as everything in it. Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi. Cleanliness is at an enviable level. You have a pool-jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and salt room (for an additional fee). The ambiance is modern and pleasant. The staff is very nice and friendly. No complaints. I will definitely come again, and I recommend it to you too.
It was like a dream. Very clean apartment, spacious, privacy and with all amenities what you will need included. Heating, central location and wonderful host. I had the best sleep, rest in my life. Gracias
