Our stay at the Diva apartment was exceptional. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the town. Literally a 1 min walk from all the cafes and bars. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of hot water and the wifi was super fast. The host at Diva was on another level. An absolutely beautiful hotel in an amazing location just near the dam. Very friendly helpful staff - especially Marian, very polite and professional. Wonderful facilities; pools (heated one for hotel guests only), Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and massage..everything you could want. Big spacious room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with a fresh variety “buffet” style. We love the breathtaking panoramic view from the VIP suites - we chose VIP “Plastic” but they all have unique interiors. Lunch and dinner was delicious as well - plenty of options and everything is freshly made in house with a lovely presentation. Last but not least the gym is amazing and there is a large selection of equipments to use.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, with modern furniture. The down side was the shower, which doesn't have a cabin, so everything in the bathroom gets soaking wet. Also, there were mosquitoes in the rooms, which bothered us during the night.

Located in nice and quiet neighbourhood, great for a family stay. Hosts are super professional and very polite, they know the area and can give you great advice for all the attractions, places you must see and shops/restaurants. There is a small garden with many flowers and the air has a magical aroma. You can also use the big swing in the garden and relax or even eat outside of the apartment. Surely a great place to stay. We couldn't see all points of interest so we'll be back definitely.
It is a small, one-bedroom apartment with a tiny balcony (it is helpful for smokers). The place is at the city's entrance and a 10-minute walk to the city centre. There are lots of restaurants you can reach around the place. It was like a dream house for me. Just like the ones I want to have. Also, the landlady was so helpful. This is the place where I am gonna stay if I go to Kardzhali again. Cos it made me feel at home! ❤️
