Unique place to stay due to incredible hospitality and friendliness of the owners. The place is clean, comfortable and offers privacy. The breakfast was a unique experience as almost everything what was served, came from private plantations and fields ( eggs, butter, honey, fruits, veggies, etc). The whole family enjoyed it. Fully recommend.
The neighborhood could be maintained slightly better by the neighbors and the city services but that’s not the fault of the hosts - that’s neither a negative point nor a complaint - simply an observation

The location was very good, the apartment is nice and spacious and has multiple appliances. The owner was friendly and accommodating and we could checkout ourselves which was important since we didn't know exactly at what time we would leave. There was info about the town and surrounding countryside and also some books and magazines.

Very nice apartment, super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The location is very good and neighbours were nice. Small shop is right next door. Our host was very responsive. Positive experience.

I did not expect much from Karlovo, but the apartment set the level! Very clean, and spacious. Cozy beds with good mattresses. The location is great, with many parking spaces around. When we left - the host called about forgotten kids' clothes. Thanks to her - we managed to pick them up on the way back, but she also offered delivery services.

Excellent location - very central but a nice quiet street.
The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and the apartment was lovely. The facilities were modern, comfortable and well laid out with everything you could need for relaxing and self catering. That said, Karlovo is a lovely town with plenty of good restaurants nearby if you prefer to eat out.
When I return to Karlovo I'll definitely use the same apartment again.
