The apartment is located in a closed complex near the main road (10 mins on foot from the ski lifts). Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the area. There are some green spaces in the compex with wooden sittings. Everything is very well maintained. At the reception there is a coffee and a vending machine. Nearbay is a small store.
The apartment itself is new, very clean, brand new and full of equipment. You will find everything you need in the kitchenette - kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, etc.
The bedroom consists of a big and comfortable bed and a big wardrobe.
The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable.
The living room has a big sofa and a TV.
There is a small balcony with a great view at the woods where you can sit and enjoy the view.
The host was very responsive and polite. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was fine and we were ok.

I liked the appartmanet overall, it has place for parking one car inside the garden, there is a small barbeque there aswell. Inside the appartment you will feel comfortable enough. There is a small issue in the bathroom where the boiler (i think) drips small quantity of water and by the end of the day when you get back from skying you have to wipe with the mop. Other than this, nothing is wrong with the appartment, the kitchen is equipped with all the neccesary. Incredible value for money. The bed in the bedroom has 5 massage functions and heating which is very nice after an exhausting day. The host is very friendly and will be available for help all throughout your stay. The room was big enough, clean, and very well equipped. The views from both balconies were absolutely amazing and luckily there were no other guests in the whole building (as far as we knew) so we had the whole hotel for ourselves. Although we arrived very late in the night, there was someone in the reception waiting for us to give us the keys. We also forgot some things in the apartment and they kindly contacted us and offered to ship it.

Nice house with 5 rooms, 1 apartment, living room, all with modern and art furniture. Pperfect BBQ place, separate from the main building. Easy access via car to Borovets ski slopes. SPA - sauna and steem bath working properly (need to call the host). Comfortable leaving room area.
Beautiful apartment with all you need, big terrace with amazing view, very clean and comfortable, modern decoration with style. Very romantic. Beli Iskar is very quiet and calm and not far from Borovets. highly recommended.
The apartment is very spacious, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Each room has its own balcony. The apartment was clean and even during our short stay, the trash was taken out and toiletries were provided. The communication with the owner of the apartment was also excellent, she sent us all the necessary information before our arrival.
I am so happy I've booked this spacious apartment for our ski adventure this year - me and friends of mine. We had a great time every single day. The host is very polite and helpful, and the flat - clean and tidy. Highly recommended! I am definitely planning another stay there very soon.
