Our friendly host was flexible regarding check-in time. The flat is located above a café, which is open only until 6 p.m., hence it is calm in the evenings. We stayed in the flat on the 1st floor, which was spacious, clean, modernly and well equipped. Parking is possible on the nearby street. Most of the days, we managed to find a spot within 1 minute of walking distance. Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels are all well reachable on the motorway/expressway. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Flanders.

Amazing stay with a great location and incredible view. It’s perfect for the family or for two couples with two bedrooms and fantastic spacious living room.
In the kitchen there were coffee capsules and all the small things for cooking, so it was very nice

We stayed in this lovely apartment over the weekend. Mix up with the cleaning meant that the flat hadnt been cleaned, so we were taken to another of the owner's properties ( also nice apartment) for the night and refunded the cost for that night. A mark of a good host is how they react when things go wrong and we ere pleased by how the owner responded. The Roaring 20s apartment is beautiful - attractive furniture, comfy beds, high ceilings. Well equipped kitchen. Good location, just off the main shopping street, 10 mins walk from the station.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The room we got was very large, bigger than the apartment we were staying in before passing through this hotel, maybe we got a family room, but definitely caught us off guard. The breakfast was also amazing with great egg, bacon options for a more traditional breakfast as well as having waffles, mini pancakes and so on. What is more the selection of fruit was incredible and everything seemed fresh. Even though a somewhat expensive hotel for one night, I would recommend a stay here.
