The property is aesthetically pleasing and the instructions were good, but inside the room was a disappointment. The bed where my children were supposed to sleep was filthy. It looks as though the mattress protector, duvet and pillows have never been cleaned.

Very tidy and clean, stocked with all the basic necessities. We only stopped for one night, but it did what we needed!
