Excellent location - next door to a fabulous bakery that will knock the socks off a standard hotel breakfast. Very close to the centre - ideal for the Christmas market - and only a short walk from a station with trains every 10 mins or so to the main station. The famous Liège steps are just around the corner.
For the price, the studio apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We didn't need to meet our host but communications via Booking.com messages were really quick and easy, and the instructions were very clear.

It appeared recently renovated and was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well appointed also.
There were plenty of shops locally which was ideal.
