The property is OUTSTANDING. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything you might need. The location near the woods gives extraordinary privacy. Everything in the house is brand new and very well maintained. They even served us bread and deserts for breakfast. You can easily feel at home there. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

I recently stayed at Bon Part and had a mixed experience. The property is situated on a farm, surrounded by trees and grasses, so it's natural to encounter some insects. While this was a bit inconvenient, it was expected given the environment. The owner was very accommodating and tried his best to meet our needs, but the house we were moved to was different from what was shown in the pictures. The new house was good and normal, but it had a few issues, like a malfunctioning bathroom and a weak air conditioner. While I appreciate the owner’s efforts, the stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Its like being in the forest. Buildings ranges from two to four apartments are perfectly distributed throughout the place. The garden are full of trees make your sunny day evening with many apples, cherries, and grapes trees. There is also a kid playground my kids enjoyed playing at. No kitchen is available, only a small fridge and kettle met our needs. Its almost 25 minutes driving to Shahdag with many markets and restaurant nearby.
We were two families (4 adults and 3 kids) and the apartment provided with all our requirements. It was amazing. It was new, bedsheet and beddings were clean, the amenities in the kitchen were enough for us, it was nice and cozy.
Good location on the main road and easy to find. No traffic noise as it's set back in a pretty, walled garden. We arrived late but Mahmoud was there to meet us as planned. The room was spacious and clean and possibly over-furnished. It's a little dated but not a major problem for a short stay. Free parking at the property front. The room was quiet but there were no other guests there (late April). Nice rear balcony with seating. It's excellent value for money as we were only passing through on the way to Xinaliq.
