As I travel for work, the location is ideal; I have a lot of gear to take in and out of the car, but it's easy as everything is paved and level. The property is beautiful, lovingly cared for and restored, and Yvonne and Glen provide warmth and genuine country hospitality. There is an excellent variety of breakfast provisions, and the kitchen is well-appointed. Full laundry is available, which would come in handy. Extra special touches like freshly baked bread and Anzac biscuits were unexpected but much appreciated. This property is private and quiet, but just down the road, you will find a petrol station, car wash, fast food outlets and easy access to the highway when it's time to hit the road. A few blocks further, you are in downtown Devonport. It is easy to access the Paranaple Centre if this is where you are working and Hill St Grocer for self-catering and chemists if you need to attend to personal needs. When work is done for the day, there is a great walking track along the river and tidy facilities at the beach in case you are into beach walks or partial to a swim in the ocean as part of a travel or fitness routine.

Sheffield is a beautiful mural town with old charm. A very spacious quiet apartment, middle of Sheffield town, close to shops. Perfect place to stay for Cradle Mountain day trip. A big open kitchen space with Microwave and basic cutlery for your use.
In the centre of town, everything in walking distance. Easy to walk around and see all the murals (which were amazing), so many to see.
The club across the road offered great meals that were very reasonably priced.
The room was very clean and tidy, we had a 1 room apartment and it was roomy and we enjoyed the comfort. Nice hot showers and very clean bathroom.
The staff were great and gave us suggestions for dinner.
If visiting Sheffield we can highly recommend this place.
We loved the location to town, the MOST delicious supplied breakfast and nibbles, luxurious linen bedding, great pillows, special touches of a real living pink rose in a vase on our arrival, bath robes, high end books to read, outdoor setting, made for a delightful short stay.
We stayed in apartment 2 and it was just so lovely, cosy and spacious. Nicely decorated with lots of old world charm and modern bathroom. It's equipped with everything you need with some added tasty bonuses 😁. Close to town. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.
Everything was easy and clear in terms of finding and accessing the room and parking. The apartment was clean and rooms were comfortable and mostly well-equipped.
This room was like a small apartment .Beautifully decorated , fire place, sofa, dining table, arm chairs, big comfy bed. and kitchen facilities with a microwave. Lots of nice touches like milk, cookies, fruit, tourist info, chocolates and We used Sheffield as a base to visit Cradle Mountain. Have great dinners at the RSL and Mountain Mumma.
