The apartments are absolutely charming! We would definitely stay here again. Derby is delightful and the apartments are right in town. The bed was very comfortable and the apartments were very clean.

One of the most well appointed studio apartments we have stayed in. It was large and comfortable with all the fine touches. Generously provisioned with breakfast cereals, ground coffee, multiple types of tea and quality toiletries, the owners had taken our comfort seriously. The view from our room was of the gardens. The bed was comfortable and the onsite Thai Restrauant served excellent fare at a reasonable price.

Fabulous apartment - so big. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for a 1 night stay - wish we could have stayed longer. Washing machine and dryer was a big bonus.

Very comfortable & cosy, beautiful big main bedroom & short walking distance to Scottsdale shops & eateries just up the road. The North East rail trail for bike riding or a quiet walk in the beautiful countryside is almost on your door step as well.
A well equipped kitchen and plenty of room in this apartment. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. A bonus to have a washing machine. also an easy walk to town to get supplies.
