Outstanding property. We stayed with a 1 year old and the layout was ideal for her. Stairs to access (fine) but all on one floor once you get in and very toddler friendly. Everything was wonderful - beds, cot supplied, kitchen facilities, spaciousness, verandah, spa, lounges, TV/surround sound. And the host Grant was very responsive even delivering coffee beans when we needed a refill for the coffee machine. A short trip to beautiful One Mile Beach and Anna Bay shopping centre. And the view is absolutely stunning!!

This was our 2nd time at Condo 105 & we will be coming back again. It was perfect little place for us, had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location ,shops and all attractions in Port Stephens are only short drive away.
The view of the golfcouse is stunning. Kids loved seeing kangaroos hopping around & beautiful birds in the golfcourse.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay. The loft had all the items we could ask for, was beautifully presented, extremely clean and quiet. The continental breakfast included in the price was delicious, the pool gorgeous, the location so central to all the must-sees in Port Stephens and our hosts Merilyn and Bruce were a treat - letting us in on all the areas secrets + teaching us a fabulous new card game. We would very happily return!
What a beautiful location. Really exceeded our expectations. A cute and modern apartment with lovely touches and big comfy sofa. But the view and kangaroos hopping around were just fantastic. We enjoyed our stay.
The bed in the main bedroom was INCREDIBLY comfortable! The entire apartment was quite spacious and the two bathrooms (for a two bedroom) were good for a family stay. The layout of the entire place is quite good with all rooms very near to the pool and parking. It is a short walk to some local eateries.
Size, quality & cleanliness of room. More like a studio apartment than an en-suite bedroom.

We had studio apartment that had opening onto pool entrance with grass area. The pool went all the way around the property. Also there were 2 spas. The water was warm and clean. Was given complimentary bottle of wine.
