Always clean comfortable and we have stayed with them many times over the last few years for work and for relaxation when catching up with family locally. The whole location is quiet and generally peaceful, with beautiful views close by. We recommend the Outlook as a place to stay both for work and for a short break. The hosts are friendly helpful and accommodating and we always appreciate our stay there.
*If you have difficulty with mobility the shower over the bath might be your only challenge. As the step could feel wide and high. They do have a grab rail built in too.

Manee's on Elphin is an excellent alternative to hotels in Launceston, especially if you are traveling with family of friends. It is just 10 min walk from the the central area and next to a supermarket. It it exquisitely furnished with a very personal touch and is equipped with everything necessary. The host is extremely accommodating and caring.

The views was amazing ! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay there . Wish the weather was better and we could enjoy the bbq outside the balcony . We had everything we needed at the apartment . it was warm and comfortable .
Very roomy and well appointed apartment. We had a minor issue with the main tv but this was quickly resolved by the owners. Great views. The best electric bbq I have ever used. It actually grilled quality steak rather than frying it.

The Tamar River Apartments provided a wonderful stay for myself, wife and daughter. Our rooms were two apartments accessed via one main door, but individually securable as two separate units. The main apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and provided nearly everything required for a short or extended stay. Small touches, like fresh bread, milk, washing powder and even electric blankets made our stay wonderful. Would definitely return when back in Tassie.

This property had everything as was offered online, and more. The gardens were beautiful and you can see a lot of love has gone into not only the outside gardens, but the comfort on the small studio itself. The studio is very clean, tidy and organised. Everything has been thought of with your comfort in mind. You didn't need to leave Amble 'a' While at all, you could just sit outside in the sun and enjoy the view across the water all day. Allana and Iain have created the perfect space.

Our Studio cabin was just gorgeous with an amazing view of the lake. The bed was super comfortable and cosy. For a studio apartment it was well equipped with plates and knives and forks.
