The setting with each unit looking over the grounds was lovely and yet you had enough privacy with the lovely gardens. There was easy access from all units to use the pool and car parking was close to each set of units. The unit was a good size for 4 people.

We loved our stay at 'Fern Retreat.' If you are after a spotlessly clean and private property as a great base to explore Noosa from, this place is ideal. Compared to other properties we investigated, it was great value for money for a one week stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The super-king bed and quality linen made for a comfortable night's sleep. The apartment has a pleasant outlook through a floor to ceiling dining window that looks over a green belt. It has a lovely big shower, and having a washing machine and dryer was handy. Noosa Junction is a pleasant 5 minute stroll down a well lit concrete path through the bush, and we enjoyed eating out each night at the suggested casual eateries listed in the compendium. The beach is a leisurely 25 minute stroll away, even negotiating the hill in between.

We loved the place. We had a little apartment with a carpark directly in front of the door. The facilities were great too. We made it our little home for the few days there. If you have a car it's the perfect place to stay if you wanna visit Noosa but don't want to get an expensive place directly in Noosa. The staff was lovely too.
Check in was super easy and the apartment was easy to find. Host was excellent, very responsive.

This was our second time at Essence and we found the 2 bedroom apartment very comfortable for a mother/daughter getaway. The apartment is a generous size with both bedrooms being comfortable. The location is fantastic as it is very close to the village and the beach. Great restaurants are close by.
Such a lovely feel. Very well designed with large open plan living on the second floor with lots of trees and plants surrounding each apartment. This gave great privacy. Incredibly quiet and super comfy beds. Entire apartment was spotless. Had everything you needed. Immense coastal beach within 50 meters. Periggian shops close by and Noosa and other attractions short drive away.
Staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly.
We would definitely like to go back.

Ease of entry, notification of apartment ready an hour earlier, cleanliness and layout excellent, kitchen well setup with modern appliances, private and quiet, loved the gardens around the deck, comfortable bed and lounge, spacious, well maintained, the entire apartment shows attention to detail and care for tenants.
