The location is wonderful, especially if you have a car. We really appreciated having easily accessible off-street parking almost in the centre of the city. I loved that the apartment building is directly opposite the Swan River and enjoyed a glass of wine sitting at the bar area, watching the world go by.

The location was ideal as the wedding we were attending was straight up the road. The flat was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was perfect for an overnight stay.
My stay at the Swan Valley Serviced Apartments was overall satisfactory and worth the money. The apartment was clean and neat, with the added thoughtful touch of having the AC turned on upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the complex felt very secure as it is within a safe, gated community.
The decor was tasteful and added to the pleasant ambiance of the apartment.
Do not book this property as they are scammers we were accused of damage to the apartment which was already there just so they could keep our $500 bond !!!

The apartment was spacious and just right for our group of 4. It felt really good stepping into the apartment, everything was clean and kitchen tools and cutleries were laid out so neatly. Location was great for visiting Sean valley. Shopping mall was just 5 mins drive away. The staff was responsive over email (had a window problem) so there’s no worry that there’s no one on site. Also very accommodating to our request after the trip.
Clean and tidy, with access to wifi, an isolated and secure area for the renter to stay, rest and or enjoy their stay. Nice mid sized bedroom, kitchen utensils and cleanliness of the entire apartment. Facilities such as a gas cooktop in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer etc.
