Our room was very clean and a good size.
Queen Bed was very comfortable but would have preferred a pull out couch instead of a day bed as the second bed.
Bathroom was also a good size with great water pressure in the shower.
Private outdoor seating area was a great spot to sit and enjoy the view.
Staff were very friendly.
Restaurant was great value for money and pool area was very well kept.

Good rooms, good location but a little far from town

Nice modern apartment in the centre of Mackay. Our room had been recently refitted with new furniture, but it was a shame they hadn't repainted at the same time.
we had booked a studio apartment with Kitchenette. on arriving to our accommodation we had a kitchenette with no cooking facility or even a sink. The cups were not clean and the carpet was flithy. Informed the hotel thru txt message. The next day we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apt with cooking facilities which was very nice and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff are very warm , helpful and accommodating .
Room 38 I believe is the best to book. Its actually a studio apartment with a separate kitchen. You can make full meals in there and there is a dining table there as well. The four of us slept comfortably on a queen bed and 2 single beds.
The breakfast is to take with you when you check-in which enables an early departure - perfect if you're looking to drive up to whitsundays in the morning!
The apartment hotel is in fact a bunch of apartments in a modern apartment building. Undercover parking is good. The location is quiet and the room as ok in size.
