First time here at Beach on Sixth and everything was bloody fantastic. We booked at the last minute as it was close to the venue we needed to attend over the weekend and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Communication right from booking was fantastic. Colleen is a gem. Thorough, friendly, and wonderful. Clean, tidy, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

After hours check-in instructions very clear (pictures supplied helpful), location convenient, apartment clean and bright, reception staff helpful (albeit there were extremely reduced hours due to the New Year holiday period), close to beach and a good amount of cafes nearby (just some with restricted hours due to the public holiday period)

Nice big modern apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking canals. Everything modern, big full size fridge, proper cooking facilities and kitchen if needed, washing machine and dryer -thanks, balcony, secure parking underground & fast Wifi. Good value for money. Clear instructings via txt messaging.
Great, spacious and modern apartment with a fantastic large outside deck and looks out straight out onto a lake. Beautifully quiet and so easy to walk to shops nearby and jump on roads heading everywhere. Was here for 3 nights and appreciated the well equipped kitchen.
Initially we were booked in a studio, but this was v small, ok if you were staying a few nights at a conference or similar. Tess the wonderfully helpful reception manager managed to get us an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment with a river view and balcony, this was well worth the extra cost , and really helped make our stay memorable, Kawana is v quiet and peaceful but walking distance to beach shops etc , a car is preferred.

Location was excellent. I wasn’t there for the health facilities nearby, but that’s an obvious strength. What I loved about the location was the extensive walking paths in the area.
