Geoffrey was a great host, friendly and approachable, he met us out the front when we arrived, showed us around and then generally left us in peace. :) We commented to him on the second day that everything was fine but in the future the kitchen could maybe use a spatula (for frying eggs) and he came back later to give us one.
The place is nice and quiet, you can barely tell there are other people in the house. The view from the living room is really nice, you can sit and watch the cows chilling. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, for coffee addicts like myself.
Location is great, you're out in the country but also super close to Berry for anything you need, car is about 5min but it's also walkable if you really like walking.

The location of this property is excellent, right in the Main Street behind the bottle shop, with the general store and cafe directly across the street. It is a self contained granny flat with a private rear garden. It is modern, very clean and has full kitchen facilities.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were all sufficient for our short stay. The golf course is close to Kangeroo Valley but also remote enough to feel like you’re in the wilderness. Bonus for the roaming Kangeroos we spotted in the evening.
One of the staff (I think her name was Cath) was very helpful. I wish she was there from the beginning. Before checking in, I wanted to ask some local information, but the lady there didn't know anything. Once we checked in, Cath gave us lots of helpful information to enjoy Kangaroo Valley. When we left, she kindly told us the safer way to travel including a winery I wanted to visit. Although it was not an apartment, having a microwave in the room was very handy. The room was very spacious and comfy.
