Staff/owners (?) we absolutely lovely. Our room was perfect for our family, spacious and extremely clean.

The location was very good. The lady at reception was friendly & efficient. She was also informative and made good recommendations about dining. We were there for only one night. Yes, I would recommend this place for a short stay. We really liked the "White Hart Hotel" around the corner. Good food & wine and good service.
Room 4 was simple, clean, quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed for an overnight stay after a long drive. The aircon was very efficient and quiet on a hot day; the shower was hot with great water pressure; having a microwave was very useful, with plates and cutlery provided. This all made our short stay very easy.
While we didn't use the indoor pool, it looked very clean and included a spa and shallow wading pool. I imagine some guests would love this.
It was comfortable and great amenities. The kids loved the pool, mini golf, basketball and jumping pillow. The owners were fantastic going above and beyond to help us when our car got a flat battery.
It was a great short stay as we only needed it for overnight. The room was brilliant, the bathroom was very clean and a great size , well thought out design
I appreciated having a good size fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as kettle and toaster. For most of this trip we were self catering so I had food I needed to store and breakfast supplies to use. Also, they helped us jump start our car when we had a flat battery which saved us time and cost.
I was surprised at how much space there was in the room, it was like a studio apartment having the lounge/dining room and bedroom separated by a wall, it was quite comfortable
