Highly recommend. The location for our needs was very convenient, easy to navigate around.

It took over one hour to gain access to the building after ringing multiple phone numbers most did not answer. The door at the facility was locked despite the after hours (5pm) reception number telling us there should be someone there.
So whilst sitting in a no loading zone we received a call back and after we had paid prior and provided details with our booking , we had to then fill out another Eform that we received via text and then … download an app which then granted us access the building and go and retrieve a key from a Dropbox at the front door.
Never in my life have we ever experienced such a process - never again!!!

This was an entire apartment that we stayed in and it was self catering. Exceptionally safe, there were secure entry into the building and secure car park as well. There should have been a guest parking area as well.
Friendly staff, spacious apartment, clean and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic being so Close to Cheltenham station, Southland shopping centre and there are great cafe's, salons and convenient stores for everything you could need or want within 2 minutes walk from the hotel front door.
Highly recommended this for leisure or business guests, my partner and I loved it.
Great location if you want to stay away from the busyness of the CBD as the train station is a 2 minute walk away.
Numerous great golf courses nearby.
Free parking onsite is a huge bonus.
