The fact that Derek was able to meet with us on arrival to show us how the coffee machine worked; light dimmers; blind closers etc was a big, big plus. Derek really went out of his way to clean the downstairs bedroom as my wife has mobility issues that he was unaware of at the start and couldnt make it upstairs. This gave my granddaughter the total upstairs area that she just loved.
