We discovered there was no hot water due to the system being broken. This was addressed immediately and we were moved to the next apartment - this service was excellent.

The external photos do not match this property and the facilities/apartment externals look as though the buildings have been condemned. There was no one at the property, all apartments were vacant and this was not at all the experience or expectation we had. We did not feel safe given everything seemed vacant and was dark. There was no one on site and this is not a family friendly or appropriate accommodation.
