beautiful location, cosy place to stay, it is almost a self service hotel, Pool is really good, views from hotel are nice. we were given a room on the ground floor which is on the base of the hill and we asked to be put in another room higher up - the staff was helpful to make this change. Gym is nice too. Having kitchen in the room was very good

Clean, spacious, private although it is an appartment block, playground for kids is excellent (we had a room on the ground floor), spa a nice bonus. Plenty of nice hikes to be done from location, we were with a six year old and managed to plan hikes suitable for his stamina.

This property deserves nothing less than a 10 in rating. It was perfect. The apartment has a dreamy view and extremely well equipped. The cleanness was exceptional. They also had a lovely buffet, where we could take coffee and a small breakfast. There was also a small playground and grill. Everything was very thoughtful. My small kid lived it, we did as well!

Lovely, quiet location with views of the mountains. Small kitchenette allowed us to do some limited self catering. Enjoyed playing Tabletennis in communal games room. Great walks straight from the property. Small shop allowed us to get some beer.
We have stayed in many apartments at many locations but this one was absolutely one of the best! Nice and quiet location with easy access to many attractions and walks. Well equipped apartment with a lot of nice details and a very functional kitchen. Even the knives in the kitchen were sharp which is unusual in a rental apartment!
That was an absolutely enjoyable short stay. Hotel feels like home, hosts are friendly and helpful. very quiet, stylish and exceptionally clean. Everything seems to be of a high standard -linen, towels, toiletries. White cat with a story, greeting guests, is one of the great attractions
The location is fantastic, a short walk away from Alpsee and Neuschwanstein Castle. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable. We will be definitely back!
