1. I ordered a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend as the surprise for Valentine’s Day before we arrived the house and the host Helmut helped me to setup the flowers in a vase nicely presented!
2. The living room is very large for two people! There are enough spaces even we opened both our 29-inch suitcases on the floor.
3. I forgot the ski jacket behind the door after check-out. When I realized that, I had driven two hours away. It would ruin the day if I needed to drive back to Lans. Helmut helped me to mail the jacket to my hotel in Wien and I received the package successfully, many thanks!

The property is so nice. My family and I loved the place and our stay. They also have a lift. It is near the Old Town of Innsbruck and to the bus/tram station. The view once you to outside is just so majestic.

This property was in a great location. Everything was walkable including the train. Although it was all self check-in, the hosts communicated effectively and were quick to respond. I would highly recommend it to other.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace, has everything you need for relaxation. Convenient location: bus stop, supermarket, peasant market and several restaurants literally one or two minutes on foot. Hospitable hosts, ready to help if you need anything.There are mountains nearby, beautiful views and a great opportunity to take a walk and breathe in the fresh alpine air.
Easy self-check-in, the host was available when I needed support. The apartment is superb and super comfortable for 3 guests, the kitchen is fully equipped, with comfy beds. The area is calm with a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach the city center and Ski area. I would definitely come back.
The host was really lovely, kind and receptive. The apartment was clean and cozy. Great to accommodate two people, but it’s not really suitable for 4 because it doesn’t have doors. The parking was convenient and the location easy to find. If we would’ve traveled as 2, we would give it a 9.
The apartment was very cute and had that traditional Austrian charm, it had comfortable beds and was very spacious. It's close to a bus stop which brings you to Innsbruck in about 30 min. The owners also live on the property, are very kind and have a sweet dog, horses and goats. We loved our stay here.
