Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of town, 10 minute walk to the centre and to the train station, funicular much closer for trips up into the mountains.
Seefeld Golf Course is 700 metres away. The Geigenbühel Ski Area is right next to the hotel and the Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte ski regions are 1 km away.

We had an issue about the heating which was solved very quickly.

Beautiful, clean and well thought out apartment. Very comfortable bed and a great living room and kitchen. Close to local shops and bakery and right by a bus stop that goes direct to Innsbruck. Invlusion of the Innsbruck welcome pass was very helpful for getting around for free. Martina was a very friendly and welcoming host.
There is a lot of space in the apartment, the bed is very comfortable. Nearby are several shops. Parking is very close, but not at the building itself.
The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Heating is comfortable. The view of the mountains from the front room is wonderful. You need a car.
Very nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything you may need. The owner obviously takes great care of the place so you feel like at home and not in some anonymous hotel room. Will definitely book this place if we happen to come near Innsbruck again.
Very well equipped apartment, we appreciated the washing machine room. It even had things like olive oil in the kitchen, and we got some fruit, wine and chocolate as a welcome gift. 10/10 would recommend.
Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay here. My wife was impressed with everything in the apartment and our stay was very pleasant. The host did amazing job to accommodate us and make our arrival very easy and solve the parking for us and how us everything.
