10 +. Sparkling clean, very good position. Several ski slopes at 30 min driving. Innsbruck also at 40 min driving. We will come back for sure.

The location was really awesome.
The rooms were neat and tidy and there was everything what we needed.
The Kitchen was full with Utensils needed for cooking, Toaster, Coffee machine, Water heater, Back oven, Fridge, Induction stove, wash basin, kitchen Towels, cutleries etc. everything was available.
The host Mrs. Thurner was super nice and friendly.
We had great time with family and enjoyed the views from the Balcony.
There was ample space for parking in front of the property.
There were Towels for Shower and hand wash but no toiletries provided.
Wish we could have stayed much longer.
The host was kind enough to ask us if we needed Dinner since we were arriving late and the Restaurants closed at 7pm. You can also order different kinds of bread for the next day breakfast direct from a local bakery, the prices of the breads are also mentioned in the card.
There was loads of Information and Brochure of what to do around the nearby places and Mrs. Thurner had loads of information about it too.

It was a lovely large separate flat area. It had a lounge area with a TV for relaxing and a laundry facility. Brilliant after a long day of hiking. It was very cool which was great for summer. The kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable and extra bedding if required. Location was perfect - close to the bus stop and hiking routes.
We had a great stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed, the kitchen is fully equipped, the wifi worked perfectly, it was clean and comfortable and also everything smelled really nice! Really felt like home.

Very nice remote location not far from Imst and various ski resorts. It is a nice traditional landeshaus with beautiful surroundings outside of any town/villge.. There was a floor heating, so no problem with being warm.. Water was also hot enough (not always the rule in Austria for both of these things). The facilities were clean, the kitchenette and the amenities were as advertised, microwave oven was outside the apartment as it would not fit into the kitchen so no problem with that as well. Very good for that value.
It was an amazing place to stay with a beautiful view to the mountains. You have everything in apartment what you need and even more. Host is very kind and friendly.
