The manager Walter is now actually Walter the third and spoke perfect English. He was a fantastic host and really boosted our holiday with information and touring route advice etc. You can see the love that has gone into this facility over the three Walter generations.

The chalet is very cozy. We stayed in the last floor, with a balcony to the very green hills. We were lucky with sun all the days and the view was amazing. The location is usual for the region: there is no big stores or malls but mainly few small supermarkets and local restaurants. It is less than 1h to the "big" cities in Italy like San Candido, Dobbiaco, etc. Staying there you can do both Italy and Austria (we did and it was very easy). The hosts are very polite and lovely. They left us a strudel and answered all questions by booking chat in minutes. The chalet has a very complete kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook. The living room has a couch and the typical german corner sofa with TV with all apps (netflix, youtube, etc). You have the reserved restroom separated from the bathroom. The chalet is very clean. You can park outside the chalet inside the property.

Cosy spacious two-bedroom flat with fantastic view of the mountains. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Sauna and wellness in the building. Location of Obertilliach is brilliant.
We had an exceptional good time in the apartment, which had amazing views to the mountains that we could enjoy from the balcony. Maria provided us with anything needed. The pizzeria that they also run is truly high quality, we had dinner there every night because of how tasty it was (and not pricey at all!) and it also was a very cozy environment.
The sauna was also a great perk of this apartment.
The location is amazing, nordic skiing, alpine skiing, ski touring, gondola, shop, everything is at walking distance.
The apartment was modern yet cozy and super clean.

I had a lovely little apartment on the top floor, with views out to the mountains. There was a supermarket very nearby and another within a short walk. The cross-country skiing trails were just over the road and the biathlon centre was a short, free bus ride away.

The apartment was great: big, modern with touch of typical Tyrolean furniture elements which make it ven nicer, clean, great balcony with nice view. Kitchen had everything you need. The house even has its own spa center which is top! Obertilliach offers you everything you need for a great peaceful and relaxed holiday.
