Very good communication with the owner before the arrival - thank you, Barbara. Parking possibility in a tiny street near the apartment (though this is a bit a matter of luck). Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with all the modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Well-working wifi. Quiet neighbourhood within a relatively short walking distance (15 minutes) from a highly attractive town centre of Gmunden.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The apartment is clean, quite large and equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and even more. Our stay at Maria exceeded our expectations a lot. Very child friendly, as well.

An extremely nice three-room apartment with a very nice garden. Very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. the bathroom had a generous selection of soaps, shampoos and towels.
Very friendly host, very nice, spacious, well-equipped and clean apartment. It is in a good location for great hikes nearby. Considering the quality of the apartment its price is also really great. We would be happy to return some time in the future.
