What a large space!
The beds are large and all have plenty of storage. The beds were comfy too. Windows in all the rooms!
One bedroom has a balcony.
Another has an entire wall of closets.
The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Just bring your toiletries including hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.
There’s an additional large bathroom as well. Two full bathrooms worked so well for my group of friends.
The kitchen was fully equipped with tons of dishes and I was even able to put together what I needed in supplies to bake cakes for a friend’s birthday.
There’s a roomie fridge as well, stove, oven and dish washer. There are three grocery stores within walking distance.
There is a twin bed in the kitchen as well. And a large table that seats plenty.
The living room is massive. The couch is a big sectional. There is a desk there too.
The ski lift was nearby. We drove there, but you could bus it too. The onsite parking was super convenient.
Tina was incredible and she has additional flats we will also be interested in when we return to Kitzbühel.
The list goes on…we will be back.
I also highly recommend hitting up KTC The Clubhouse for good eats and drinks. It’s within walking distance of the flat but also has parking available.

We had two apprtment one was facing the road, it was very noisy it we couldn't sleep well we must keep the windows open because there is no A/C

Location was great, not far from ski lift - but you have to get there by car, or by ski bus. Apartment was great, huge with a lot of space, great kitchen with all equipment and a lot of space.

It's a refurbished apartment. Very nice and very small. bathroom is perfekt - Kitchen is tiny, but functional. The ekstra room is in fact an alcove. Apartment is nice for 2 people or a family with quiet kids

Had a great time at the studio apartment downstairs. Quiet, amazing views and waking up with the sound of birds. comfy bed, and two couches. fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, etc available. just not a full kitchen. we were given a tour around bigger and luxurious apartment upstairs and if you are 4-5 people or really want to treat yourselves, it’s truly amazing! With fireplace, private sauna. The owners were so kind and hospitable. Kitzbühel is just a short drive away and has several cable cars to around 2000 meters.
