Excelent house. Landlords are excellent. Very helpful and supportive. Rooms are a bit "retro", but everything in a perfect shape and clean. Terrace was with a beautiful garden. Morning pastry service was just a great bonus.
Location is perfect - just 1-2 minutes on the bike (that are available from the house) to the local beach. House provides free entrance.

The place is excellent also in winter as a summer because the apartment is close to the parking lot (shuttle free cost to the Gerlitzen lift) and next to the lake. Nice guesthouse, spaceous apartment consisting of two separate rooms with double beds, both rooms with its own bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen for the two rooms. Both rooms have balcony, one is facing South, one is facing East. The apartment we stayed in is ideal for 4 persons
The landlady was very kind, she speaks Slovenian and Italian, and of course German, however unfortunatly not English.
We also got complimentary season tickets to the nearby beach (Strandbad Faak am See) during our stay.
