From the apartment to the owners... Apartment was more than perfect, clean , warm etc... So as owners, very kind and helpfull. We also had problem with a car, they did everything they could so we solve the problem and continue with vacation.

We had such a perfect stay at FACT Apartments, hosts are truly kind and caring. The Apartment has everything you may need, including the dishwasher. Saunas are available in the garden area and could be shared among the guests, but it is also possible to have all the privacy needed, based on what you're looking for. I higly reccomend this location not only for its comfort but also and mostly for the owners kindness - as we arrived, we found bowls and snacks for our tiny wiener dog, too!
Super welcoming host! The apartments are located in a small quiet village between Tarvisio and Villach. The big garden has saunas and a trail along the river in the back, great if you have dogs which are very welcome in the facility. Furniture and products used by the host are of high quality. Great value for money!
We have stayed in Arnie Apartman during our longer trip to Italy. Apartment is located close to the highway but it is peacefull and quiet, with a beautiful wiev. Well equiped kitchen, nice rooms with comfortable beds, wi-fi connection and self-check-in are the adventages. And last but not least: host was so kind and before our arrival asked if kids would like to sleep in separate bedroom or together on a cough that would be closer to our bedroom. That was so nice.
Fully equipped apartment, easy contactless self check-in, easy access to Tervisio where we wanted spent a day during our long way from Tuscany to Czech Republic.
