Angela was very welcoming, kind, and helpful when asked to guide us to the hotspots in town. The price was also very reasonable and it was my first time in Vansdzor and I already can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I highly recommend you give her place a try, you won’t regret it!

Even though the building looks like it's not going to last much longer, the apartment itself is modern and stylish. We arrived in the city in the evening and booked the apartment just 1 hour before checking in. Everything went smoothly. We didn't use the kitchen amenities much, just spent the night sleeping, had tea in the morning, and left. The WiFi worked well, and the apartment is quiet (thanks to the thick walls). It might be cold in the nights but you can turn on heater.
Also, there is plenty of parking space near the building, which is definitely a plus!

We had a very good experience with this wonderful and welcoming Armenian family.
The rooms were comfortable, isolated and calm. We had our feeling of privacy.
We could cook, wifi was working well and there is a tv connected to internet.
There are different way to reach the location, our favorite walk was the one by river and then up the hill by stairs, passing next to Kirovakan Hotel, where there is a small mirador with nice views on the city and hills and nature around it.
We definitely recommend this place.
There is also restaurant near by called Madera, we also recommend that place.
And as a next destination after Vanadzor visit Tumanyan it's a beautiful village with different social and artist projects going on.

It was extremely clean in the apartment, beds and pillows were comfortable. Also, there were pleasant things I didn't expect: like a packed toothbrush and toothpaste for one-time usage, tea bags, sugar and a kettle, shampoo and a hair drier. The owner of the property was just super cute and polite.

Spacious, very well renovated and stylishly decorated flat. In the kitchen there is everything you need basically and all of good quality. Big bathroom with separated shower. Beds are comfortable, there are plenty of bedsheets and blankets. The host, pretty young lady, is very pleasant and helpful.
The apartment is in quite nice condition, newly renovated, equipped with literally everything for cooking, and is highly comfortable. The TV even has Netflix on it, LOL. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Vanadzor. I stayed in this apartment for 7 days and everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect, very pleasant owners and very clean apartments. We found everything we needed here.

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in so far here in Armenia. Beautifully newly built apartment with all the comfort you could possibly imagine. Yerevan City supermarket 10-15 min. walk away.
Train/Bus station 20-25 min. walk.
Armen is the most welcoming host ever. This really is the best place to stay in Vanadzor. If you want to feel like at home don't look at any other accommodation, this is the place!
