First and foremost, the hostess is probably the most welcoming person I’ve ever met, and the food she makes is divine (and plentiful)! I was also offered a cup of tea with honey when I arrived, which was nice.
The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This was a great two-day base for Valbone. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby and strew parking was never an issue. The apartment spacious with balconies on both sides but no seating on the balconies.
Full kitchen, washing machine and clothesline were useful.

Our stay was incredible from the views and to the hosts. So kind and accomodating. The hosts were super helpful when I had any questions. The dinner and breakfast was divine, I highly recommend eating here if you stay! The portions were great and were some of the best meals I have ever had. Will absolutely be back.

Cheapest place near Valbone to stay… However that is for a reason. The building feels like a dungeon/ insane asylum. There is no garden/ terrace as listed. Our AC didn’t work and power kept going out, but host was very helpful and allowed us to switch to another room in the building (thankfully, it was available). Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

We did the hike over the Theth after breakfast - it’s a 30 min walk along the road to the trailhead which was mostly flat and a great warm up with excellent views.

An amazing guest house!! The most welcoming and friendly hosts, who were very accomodating. Ride was offered to the start of the Valbone-Theth walk, but it was only 1.8km on the flat from the guesthouse so it was an easy walk/ good warm up!
Breakfast (included), packed lunch (4€), and dinner (12€) were DELICIOUS - best we’ve had in Albania, and very generous portion sizes. All local produce and very fresh, and well cooked.
Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Bed was very comfortable!

The start of the hike to Theth is a bit far (3km), but easily walkable. Alternatively, you can take a cab for 13-15 euros.
Small guy (forget the name sorry) is responsible here was everything. Really nice boy with a good communication skills. The apartment was great too, we had the one with a balcony and the separate bathroom.
Drinos was very friendly and helpful, the room is in a modern apartment style building. In my opinion lacking a bit of a local touch. Everything is new and the view is stunning.
